Campers should bring a lunch and a water bottle with them each day. We provide simple, packaged snacks during the day, though you are welcome to send additional snacks. Campers are free to help themselves to a snack in the morning and one in the afternoon and are encouraged to hydrate throughout the day.

What is the Camper to Counselor Ratio?
There will be 1 adult counselor for every 10-15 campers.
Do you have “After Camp” care?
If you are interested in 3:30-6pm “after camp” care, please contact us.
Apex Kids Camp Refund Policy
The Apex Kids Camp Refund Policy allows for a full refund up to 30 days before camp starts or after that time if the spot is filled. Since we will likely end up with a waitlist, it is possible for a full refund thereafter, but not guaranteed.
